The body has been my guide throughout my life
I teach Bowspring in Aarhus and have worked with yoga and movement for many years. Bowspring is my primary practice today because it naturally combines strength, mobility, balance, and ease.

A broad path to get here
My background is shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the body and its many forms of expression. I’ve explored everything from yoga and modern dance to capoeira, swimming, and roller skating. It has given me a good understanding of the body.

The path to Bowspring
Since 2015, I have taught yoga in Aarhus: first at Hamsa Yoga Studio, where I also trained as a certified yoga teacher, and later at SeierFitness, Yo Studios, Yoga Collective, and Samavesa Yoga. In 2017, I found my way to Bowspring, and it has been my primary teaching practice ever since.

Further training and inspiration
Along the way, I’ve sought out immersion with a number of teachers who have shaped my approach. The clearest thread is repeated journeys back to the source itself: Desi Springer and John Friend, who are behind Bowspring. I first trained with them in 2017 and have returned several times since, most recently in 2025. In addition, I’ve studied with Christy Punnett, Barbra Noh, Ross Rayburn, Tara Judelle, Simon Krohn, and Soham Johansen.

Movement beyond the mat
Alongside yoga and Bowspring, capoeira, modern dance and ballet, roller skating, and swimming have all left their mark on how I understand and teach movement.
