Part 1: Companies, schools and organizations
1. Scope
1.1. These terms apply to corporate yoga and other agreements I enter into with companies, schools and organizations. The terms for private customers are in Part 2.
2. Prices and payment
2.1. Prices include VAT (25%) unless the quote says otherwise.
2.2. I send an invoice after each session. The payment term is 8 days unless we have agreed otherwise.
2.3. If payment is late, I may charge a reminder fee and default interest under the applicable rules. If payments are repeatedly late, I may end the collaboration.
3. Cancellation and changes
3.1. The company can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the agreed time, by email or phone. For later cancellations, the full price of the session is invoiced.
3.2. If a session in a recurring program is cancelled in time, we find a new date by agreement. The session is not refunded unless we have agreed otherwise.
3.3. If I have to cancel a session, I offer a replacement session or refund the amount.
4. Termination of recurring programs
4.1. Either party can terminate a recurring program with notice of the current month plus one month. If the agreement is terminated on 10 March, for example, it ends on 30 April.
4.2. Termination must be made in writing by email.
4.3. If payment is missing or the agreement is repeatedly breached, I may terminate the agreement without notice.
5. Premises and equipment
5.1. The company provides suitable premises unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. For one-off events, I can bring the necessary equipment by agreement. For longer collaborations, I recommend that the company buys its own equipment, such as yoga mats, blankets and bolsters.
6. Participation and liability
6.1. Participation is voluntary.
6.2. I adapt the teaching so that everyone can take part. Participants tell me about injuries and health considerations before the session.
6.3. I am liable under the general rules of Danish law.
7. Personal data
7.1. I treat information about the company and the participants confidentially. Read more in the cookie and privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1. The agreement is governed by Danish law.
8.2. We try to resolve disagreements amicably. If that does not succeed, the case is decided by the Danish courts.
Part 2: Private customers (private sessions and private group)
These terms do not cover classes and events.
1. Prices and payment
1.1. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and include VAT.
1.2. You pay on the day by MobilePay or cash. If you prefer an invoice, I can send one with a payment term of 8 days.
1.3. A program of five sessions is paid in full at the first session. Alternatively, you can get an invoice after the first session with the same payment term of 8 days.
1.4. If an invoice is paid late, I may charge a reminder fee and default interest under the applicable rules.
2. Booking, cancellation and changes
2.1. Your booking is only final once I have confirmed it.
2.2. You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the agreed time, by email or phone. If you cancel later or do not show up, you pay the full price. In a program, a session that is cancelled too late counts as used.
2.3. If you cancel in time, we find a new time.
2.4. If I have to cancel a session, I offer a replacement session or refund the amount paid for the session.
3. Validity of programs
3.1. A program of five sessions is valid for 12 months from payment. If the program is paid by invoice, the 12 months run from the invoice date. Sessions you have not used within 12 months expire without refund.
4. Participation and liability
4.1. Participation is voluntary.
4.2. I adapt the teaching to you. You tell me about injuries and health considerations before the session.
4.3. I am liable under the general rules of Danish law.
5. Personal data
5.1. I process your information in accordance with the cookie and privacy policy.
6. Disagreements
6.1. The agreement is governed by Danish law. We try to resolve disagreements amicably. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
